The doors/rear window combo is made right here in the U.S.A. and is handcrafted and hand-measured with the highest quality materials. The doors and rear window are made from professional marine-grade fabric, which is 100% polyester. The material has stay-true long-lasting colors and a stabilized fit, which has less than 1% stretch or shrinkage. This fabric is tear-resistant, puncture-resistant, water repellent, UV, and mildew resistant. With the proper care, you can have a product that lasts for years to come.
The doors feature heavy-duty, YKK zippers to open and close them. The zippers are made using state-of-the-art injection methods and attach to the strongest cord and tape available. With unmatched in the industry crosswise strength, the zippers will hold up to a lot of use. Marine sewing thread is also used, giving the Viking cab system a durable construction. The thread is made from high tenacity, heat resistant, continuous multifilament polyester yarns. This configuration will give you the versatility you need for every season. The doors can be opened, rolled back, and secured for an open cab environment. Is the weather warming up? You can take the doors/rear window off quickly and easily.
