RT Pro's racing experience is in the DNA of all the products. These Polaris Ace Nerf Bars are a great example. These bars install easily and add no weight to your vehicle than necessary.
These Nerf Bars are constructed of DOM steel tubing and are built to take a hit and help you maneuver through tight trails or competitors without getting tangled up with anything. The assembled width is approximately 50" which is a little wider than the OEM track width but not too wide to fit down an ATV trail. The width is set to protect the rear tires and suspension at stock width or with offset wheels or spacers.
Installation is simple and fitment is excellent due to professional 3D CAD design by our talented in-house engineers. The final product is a simple yet comprehensive product anyone with a garage and simple tools can install on a Saturday. This kit is made from American steel, laser cut and CNC bent for absolute precision every time.
This installation does require drilling (4) 3/8” holes through the rear frame rails using the holes in our parts as pilots. It’s quite simple, and the only part of the install that requires anything but basic wrenches.
The RT Pro Polaris Ace Rigid Nerf Bars fit all year and models EXCEPT 2017+ Ace 900 XC. They come powdercoated with instructions and all the necessary hardware for installation.
