This Nerf Bar kit is designed specifically for the new Ace 900 XC. These super stout bars protect the side of the unit from obstacles and help the rear tires from getting caught up on things like tree in tight trails. Bars are built from 1” x 0.095” DOM tube with a 16ga steel step plate featuring the RT logo. Nerf bars mount to 3 points on the Ace frame for a secure, durable installation. All mounting hardware included.
This installation does require drilling (4) 3/8” holes through the rear frame rails using the holes in our parts as pilots. It’s quite simple, and the only part of the install that requires anything but basic wrenches.
