Crafted from precision laser-cut 11-gauge steel plate, it provides exceptional strength against heavy-duty tasks and harsh outdoor conditions. The 2-inch by 3/16-inch wall steel tubing adds substantial reinforcement, making it ideal for those who demand reliability and long-term performance from their UTV accessories.

The Ranch Armor Headache Rack is engineered for straightforward installation, bolting directly to the rear roll bar chassis without requiring any vehicle modifications. Its chassis-mounted design ensures a secure fit while maintaining the clean, factory look of your Ranger. The rack’s powder-coated finish offers lasting protection against rust, corrosion, and wear, ensuring it continues to look great and perform flawlessly through years of use. The optional built-in winch mount located at the top allows one-person operation when hoisting or lifting items into the bed—perfect for farm, ranch, or jobsite applications. Ranch Armor recommends pairing it with a Warn VRX 2500 Winch, though it is compatible with most standard winches for maximum flexibility.
