Polaris RZR Turbo Launch Control Module by Aftermarket Assassins is the ultimate performance upgrade for riders who crave faster acceleration, improved turbo spool, and a thrilling takeoff experience. This custom-tuned module is developed in collaboration with DynoJet and features proprietary wiring, switch integration, and programming for seamless compatibility with your Power Vision 3 (PV3) device. AA custom tunes for your PV3 are required to ensure proper functionality and optimal performance. When activated, the launch control system allows you to build significant boost pressure at the starting line — up to 14–17 PSI depending on RPM and setup — compared to the typical 7–8 PSI achieved through brake boosting alone. The result is a stronger launch, reduced turbo lag, and faster acceleration right off the line.
Launch RPM is pre-programmed for convenience but can be easily adjusted using DynoJet’s C3 software through a Windows computer. The module is designed to work best with an upgraded clutch kit, such as Aftermarket Assassins’ blue/yellow, teal, or solid blue primary springs, which deliver higher stall speeds for improved engagement and performance. Proper clutch setup ensures reliable launches and minimizes belt or clutch wear. For drag racing applications, setting the launch RPM 200–500 RPM above engagement point delivers the most aggressive takeoff.
Installation is straightforward and requires minimal modification. Once installed, simply hold the launch switch while applying throttle to build boost and release both the brake and switch simultaneously to experience an explosive start. This product is recommended for both competitive racers and recreational riders who want to enhance their RZR’s launch capability while maintaining drivability and safety. Tune updates are required for customers who purchased AA tunes prior to August 25, 2020, to ensure full compatibility and prevent misfire detection issues.
