The CAN-AM X3-17-FS-U front speaker pods are designed for use in a wide range of CAN-AM vehicles. The upper dash speakers incorporate a newly developed 4-inch coaxial driver with neodymium motor structure designed to deliver higher output and better clarity than standard off the shelf 4-inch speakers. This is combined with a weather tight enclosure that fits to the upper dash panels and uses a Rider Aligned Acoustical Design (R.A.A.D.) that delivers more on-axis sound than other designs and features an integrated plug and play harness. Additionally, the design does not require additional brackets or major modification to the upper panels and fitment works with all factory and aftermarket roll cages which feature intrusion bars.
Dash Panel Mounting:
The X3-17-FS-U utilizes existing factory dash panels to securely install and blend into the upper dash area. The design also uses a Rider Aligned Acoustical Design (R.A.A.D.) that delivers more on-axis sound than other designs on the market.
Fast Installation:
All riders know, the less time spent working on your vehicle means the more time you have to enjoy riding. The upper pod design does not require additional brackets or major modification to the upper panels and fitment works with all factory and aftermarket roll cages which feature intrusion bars.
All-Weather Design:
Another design feature unique to MTX is the completely sealed, fully assembled system. While other brands require assembly as they are installed, creating the chance for an improperly sealed enclosure, the MTX speaker enclosures are fully assembled preventing any chance of water penetration around the speaker or wiring opening improving the unit’s longevity.
Plug And Play:
We integrated a water-tight, plug-and-play connector on the speakers harness. This plug allows for direct connection to lower X3-17-FS-L kick panel speaker pods without the need to make direct wire to wire attachments. This plug can be removed to integrate the speaker enclosures into other existing equipment.
