Important Notes:

• Winch Not Included: This kit does NOT include a winch or winch mount.
• Hitch Compatibility: Most Ranger plow mounts include a lower 2" receiver hitch; however, some Ranger models and all General models do not.
• Bumper Requirements: Requires a stock front bumper.
• Rubber Flap: 60" Pro-S blades do not include the 2-ply top rubber flap; it must be purchased separately.
• Edition Restrictions: Does NOT work with High Lifter or Waterfowl Editions.
• Glacier Bumpers: If you have a Glacier Bumper installed, you will need a Glacier Adapter.

Pro 2.0 UTV Push Tube (#106300)

• Enhanced Lift: Front-mount design offering 30"+ of lift height.
• Heavy Duty: 1-1/2" 12-gauge square steel tubing with 1/4" thick pivot bushings.
• Easy Adjustments: Features an easy-pull pin for blade angle adjustment and 6 five-degree blade pitch adjustments.
• Smooth Rotation: 6" diameter POM injection-molded rotator bushing.

Vehicle-Specific Front Mount:

• Front-Mount Design: Optimized for high ground clearance and easy attachment.
• Heavy-Duty Steel: Base plate is laser-cut from 3/16" Grade 50 steel for maximum strength.
• Reinforced Tabs: All pin tabs feature 1/4" thick Grade 50 steel to prevent bending under pressure.
• Trail-Ready: All plow tabs are tapered to reduce hang-ups and snagging while trail riding.
• Note: Physical mount design may vary slightly based on your specific vehicle model.

• The two options—Standard Mount and Glacier Adaptor Plow Mount—are designed to meet different needs and preferences based on your Polaris Ranger setup and intended use. You will only need 1 mount

  1. Standard Mount: This traditional KFI mount attaches directly to the vehicle’s frame using two 5/8" hitch pins, requiring drilling into the OEM bumper. It offers a full range of adjustment and compatibility with plow level kits, making it ideal if you plan to modify your Ranger with larger tires, lift kits, or tracks. This mount provides optimal performance across various setups, accommodating accessories that increase the height and adjustability of your machine.

  2. Glacier Adaptor Plow Mount: Unlike the Standard Mount, the Glacier Adaptor attaches to the push tubes rather than the vehicle frame. It utilizes the OEM bumper’s built-in plow mount bar, allowing for quicker and easier attachment and detachment from the Ranger. This mount is ideal if you plan to keep your machine stock, as it eliminates the need to drill into the bumper and provides a more convenient, straightforward setup. However, it has limited adjustability and may not perform as well if you upgrade to larger tires or tracks.

  For those using tracks on a Standard Ranger 1000 or the new Ranger XD 1500, KFI also offers a Tall Glacier Adaptor mount. This is specifically designed to accommodate tracked setups, providing an easy and compatible solution for users with Ranger models fitted with tracks.

Quick Plow Pulley & Soft Strap (106680/106470)

• Purpose: Designed specifically for use with steel cable winches to improve lifting leverage and reduce wear on the cable and winch motor.
• #106680 Quick Plow Pulley - Steel Cable : Specifically designed for the KFI UTV Plow System, this pulley features a large 2-1/8" steel wheel that prevents cable damage while improving lift geometry to reduce electrical strain and provide smoother, more controlled operation.
• #106470 12" Soft Strap : This USA-made 12-inch soft strap features 1.20-inch wide heavy-duty webbing with a 3,200 lb break strength.

Winch Mount (#101830)

• Constructed of 3/16" Grade 50 steel; powder-coated black.
• Mounts the winch securely behind the front bumper.

Hydraulic Actuator (Angle) Kit
